- We provide financial help to poor patients / food support for TB patients
- We provide free travel to AMRC for selected deserving patients
- We provide Emergency help during national calamities like Earthquakes and Floods
- We provide help during seasonal Dengue epidemic
- We arrange Eid Rations of Rs. 1000 for deserving families
- We donate winter / summer / Eid clothes / blankets / quilts / bedding / shawls to deserving families
- We arrange Qarz-e-Husna to AFJOG employees
- AFJOG has given scholarships to many FJMU students and built emergency block and AFJOG block at the Fatima Jinnah Hospital, an extension of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital
- A mamography machine was also donated and installed at SGRH bthrough AFJOG efforts
- The Literacy Programme, started as Taleem-o-Tarbeeyat for street children, has now grown into four full schools with more than 400 children
- The 3 Vocational Training schools have more than 80 students and they are teaching skills such as tailoring, embroidery, cutting and sewing. Beauty parlour courses are offered and Computer Training has also started
- The Visionaries amongst us are talking about an AFJOG Medical College, The AFJOG Hospital, The AFJOG Nursing School and The AFJOG Medical Technicians Institute
